Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Doctor Rogers Vitamins, we want you to feel confident in your subscription. You may cancel at any time — no questions asked.

How to Cancel Log into your account at docrogersvitamins.com, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel Subscription." You can also email us at support@docrogersvitamins.com and we'll process your cancellation within 1 business day.

Timing Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations received after billing has processed will take effect the following month.

Refunds We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Pausing Your Subscription Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard.
