Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $8.00 — Free on orders over $70
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.00

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ben@performancemedicine.net.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
